Refund policy

As a small business, we don't offer returns or refunds but will gladly exchange products that arrive damaged. Please check your order upon receipt to ensure the order is correct and perfect and contact us right away if there is an issue so we can make it right.

 

Please email us at trish@trishmagwood.ca. Please note that we will only exchange products that are unopened and unused, and sent via tracked shipping. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we are not responsible for any additional shipping costs.
